Full VAT to be imposed on holiday homes and lodges from October 2012.

This implies that a holiday home i.e a swift moselle that would cost ex works £32053.08 would go up to a massive £37430.50 which is an increase of £5378.42.

And a lodge that cost ex works £65477.06 will go up to £76053.36 giving a increase of £10576.30 (please note these are ex works and delivery and connection fees etc are not included).
